Is it actually Waterproof and Steamproof in hot showers?

Yes — fully waterproof and steamproof. AquaphoneVault™ is designed for wet and high‑steam areas where your phone normally can’t go: showers, baths, splashbacks, laundry, kitchen, and poolside.  The sealed front panel prevents steam from entering, keeping your screen clear even in hot showers.

Can I still use my phone inside the AquaphoneVault™?

Yes — that’s exactly what it’s designed for. Just remove your phone case before placing your phone inside. The front panel is fully touch‑responsive, so you can scroll, watch, listen to music, text, change songs, follow recipes even voice control works all  while your phone stays protected from water and steam.

Will the Touch screen and Sound work?

Does it rotate for different angles?

Yes — the AquaphoneVault™ features a stable 360° rotation mechanism, so you can switch between portrait and landscape smoothly while it stays firmly in place.

Does the surface need to be cleaned and dry?

Yes — remove any dirt or soap residue, then dry the surface completely..

Fit & Compatibility

Will my phone fit?

Yes — all phones fit as long as the phone cover is removed first. Internal space: 19 cm (W) × 11 cm (H) × 2.5 cm (D).

Does it work with both iPhone and Android models?

Yes - Just remove your own phone protection case if it has one.

Does it work with phone cases?

No — please remove your phone case before inserting it.

Can I still use my screen protector inside the Vault?

Yes — screen protectors don’t affect touch responsiveness or clarity.

Does it work on curved or textured walls?

NO!

Installation

How to Install?

WATCH THIS VIDEO

Step 1: Unscrew the bolt from the back of the AquaphoneVault and put it aside.

 

Step 2: On the suction cap, pull the lever up.

 

Step 3: Grab the bolt and place it onto the ball joint of the suction cap. It will feel loose — that’s exactly how it should feel.

 

Step 4: While holding the suction cap and bolt together, push the ball joint into the back of the AquaphoneVault, then screw the bolt so the two pieces become one. Make sure the lever on the suction cap is still up!

 

Step 5: clean and dry the surface you’re sticking it to — remove all soap residue and moisture.

 

Step 6: Press the suction cap firmly onto the surface and hold for at least 30 seconds, rotating your finger around the rim to make sure it’s gripping properly.

 

Step 7: Now you can press the lever down to lock it in place.

 

Step 8: Test it -Give it a strong tug to confirm it’s secure.

 

Step 9: REMOVE your phone case and place your phone inside the AquaphoneVault and ENJOY!! 

Do I need tools?

No tools are required.

Will it damage my walls?

NO - it won’t damage your walls when removed correctly. Lift the release lever, then slide a thin card (like a credit card) behind the suction base to gently break the seal. This prevents damage and allows clean removal without residue or marks.

Durability

Where do I mount it?

Make sure the wall/tile is dry, clean, and flat AquaphoneVault™ mounts securely onto any smooth surface in wet or splash‑prone areas — tiles, glass, mirrors, shower screens, splashbacks, benches, poolside panels, and laundry surfaces

Will the suction hold up long-term?

AquaphoneVault™ is extremely secure. The suction base has been tested to hold up to 26kg, so everyday bumps, knocks, or light pulls won’t move it. Make sure to follow the 'How to Install' video and instructions for optimal results.

Can I relocate it once its installed?

Although you can reposition it once — only if you follow the removal instructions carefully — it’s still not recommended. Any additional movement compromises the suction seal and reduces long‑term holding strength. For multiple locations, use separate units to ensure each spot has a secure mount.
